Shipping

For one-time purchases, we offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 and above! For orders below US$50, it will be charged $5 for shipping fee.

When will my order be shipped?
We need time to prepare the items and try to ship them within 2 days. The only time we don't ship is when the store is closed. Otherwise we ship as normal.

Delivery time:  
（1）We are a global shopping mall with international logistics by air courier, Europe is expected to arrive in 7-10 days, Other countries 7 -10 days
（2）Special note: For customers in the United States ; BUT TRUMP ADD CUSTOM TAX. So the time of our special shipping method may be delayed, the estimated shipping time is 8-14 days, please understand.
（3）Area: We offer global shipping options, although availability may vary for some products depending on the region. Please note that due to specific circumstances, shipping services may not be available in certain areas.

I made a mistake when placing my order, can I change it?
We process and ship your order as quickly as possible, so once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and/or email with your tracking number once your order is processed.
